Easy 14 Day Returns

At Equipmax we want you to shop with confidence knowing you're covered by our Easy 14 Day Returns Policy

If you change your mind or decide the product you ordered isn't right for you after all, please email us at hello@equipmax.co.uk as soon as possible. You must return the products within 14 days of receipt

You'll need to provide your order number and we will provide detailed instructions on how to process the return.

Return Guidelines

  1. Customers are responsible for arranging the safe return of the products
  2. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a fully tracked and insured service for your protection
  3. The product must be unopened, unused and in the same condition it was delivered in. This includes all original packaging and accessories. We will ask for photos to confirm this when processing your return
  4. If the item does not arrive back at our warehouse in the same condition it left in, we may not be able to process your refund.

Once the product has arrived safely back with us and has been inspected, you'll receive an email notification and your refund will be processed.

Damages

In the rare event you receive a damaged or faulty product, please make a note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to us at hello@equipmax.co.uk on the day of delivery

Please remember to keep all the original packaging for products that need to be returned. All return requests need to be assessed and authorised by our customer service team prior to being processed. 

We will make sure you get the product you ordered, undamaged and fault free as soon as possible. 

Products that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at hello@equipmax.co.uk or call us on 0333 880 7359 immediately to avoid return shipping fees.

Cancellations received before the shipment leaves our warehouse will receive a full refund.

If your order has already been shipped then our Easy 14 Day Returns policy above will be followed (and will be subject to return shipping costs)

Other Return Policy Notes:

  • There may be certain products that do not support the policy above. If this is the case it will be clearly stated on the product page in the returns section.

  • A re-stocking fee of no more than 15% of the product price may apply. This is brand & product dependent, please contact us for confirmation

  • When returning any fuel powered products all oil and fuel MUST be drained from the engine before you release the products to a carrier. This is for the safety of the carrier firm.

  • Equipmax only sells to customers that intend to use the product(s) for the duration of their economic life. Any orders purchased for a "one time or temporary use" are not eligible for return under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to; orders intended for use in a trade show or a conference venue, orders that are purchased by promotional companies, and orders that are purchased by trade show facilitators.
